Located 75 kilometers northwest of Sydney, Wiseman’s Ferry makes for a great picnic, barbecue spot or romantic day out for a retreat- one of my favourites. The river town is situated at the heart of the Hawkesbury River, where it is surrounded by National Parks including Yengo, Cattai, Dharug and Marramarra. It is a beautifully, scenic drive along old Northern road towards Wisemans Ferry with rural cottages contrasting with mansions.
